Handle daily customer inquiries related to export air freight shipments.
Provide timely shipment status updates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with customers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents (USA region).
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and quick resolution.
