Company Overview

Seair Global is a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in global air freight solutions. We are hiring an experienced and proactive Customer Service Executive to support Export Air Freight operations during US shift hours.


 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Handle daily customer inquiries related to export air freight shipments.
  • Provide timely shipment status updates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents (USA region).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and quick resolution.

Export Operations

  • Prepare and verify export documentation (AWB, HAWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operations teams for cargo pick-up, customs clearance, and flight bookings.
  • Follow up with airlines for space confirmation, schedules, and shipment tracking.
  • Monitor shipments from pickup to flight departure and update milestones.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate shipment records in the system.
  • Share daily status reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate delays or urgent issues to the operations manager or US team.
  • Collaborate with US office/clients and support their workflows.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant logistics experience).
  • 1–3 years experience in Air Freight Export Customer Service (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of export air freight operations and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work US shift timings.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and freight forwarding software (ShipThis preferred).
  • Strong customer-handling skills and ability to work under pressure.
